On April 23rd – 24th, ARV attended Southeast Asia’s First Corporate AI Accelerator has just run its roadshow to scout for the best-in-class AI startups to work on the pilot projects with RISE Regional Corporate Innovation Accelerator in Thailand and corporate partners such as PTTEP and Krungsri Finnovate in Seoul, South Korea.

Tech Ecosystem Tour in Seoul
ARV has visited key corporate, startup hubs and AI research institute that play the major part of driving the innovation ecosystem in Seoul to see and gain immersive experience from these organizations. They are startup ecosystem and space supported by Korean government such as Samsung Seoul R&D Campus, Hyundai Motor, Artificial Intelligence Research Institute and Seoul Startup Hub as well as Hanwha Dreamplus as Early-stage-startup investor & accelerator in Korea.
Private pitching
Twelve promising startups are selected for private pitching with corporates and investors to win the chance to be the city winner who will get on the fast track to the 80-finalist round of RISE.AI. The city winner of RISE.AI Roadshow in Seoul is Nearthlab, the autonomous drone company.
Networking session
More than 80 attendees from Thai and Korean corporates, Korea-based startups, investors, accelerators and media joined and completed the networking night at Hanwha Dreamplus.
RISE.AI Roadshow will hit 9 more cities including Taipei, Tokyo, Beijing, Hangzhou, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Singapore, and Ho Chi Minh city
