Key Accountabilities:
Strategy and Initiative Partner
- Be a strategic partner to support ARV to drive strategy including Growth, Portfolio Management, Organization Capabilities, Corporate Culture and Change Agent
- Execution and financial performance monitoring and analysis of project / product / business unit to leadership, BOD, and investors
- Monitor broad integration of related initiatives including the outstanding issues to keep ARV leadership informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities to support ARV critical decision on-time
- Re-shape of ARV regulation and policy as required
– Participate in strategic initiatives either as facilitator or actively works with PTTEP in coordinating ARV’s outreach activities
- Focal point of ARV annual work program and budget and KPIs set up to align with corporate direction / SSHE / Risk Matrix / BCM etc
- Focal point of adhoc projects on occasions
- Liaise with ARV support functions i.e. Finance, Legal, Procurement, and administration
Stakeholder engagement and communication
– Assist in coordinating the agenda of leadership team meeting, board meeting and facilitate cross functional coordination
– Ensure meeting with complex agendas are planned, prepared for and that all reports and documentation are provided on time
– Prepare high level /confidential corporate report to government authorities, partners or any concern parties
– Develop proprietary analytic approaches framework and communication package / presentation materials for both internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant discipline
– At least 8 years of experience in project management and execution
– In-depth knowledge and practical experience of a best-practice project management methodology
– Experience of managing third-party vendors in a project implementation
– Strong people management skills
– Strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills
– Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
– Good command of spoken and written English
