Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the Business Development​ strategies and all execution deliverables committed
  • Identifying new business opportunities and prospective partners. ​
  • Develop business strategy, roadmap and execution plans ​
  • Design, develop, refine and own the execution of win-win strategic partner programs, work processes, and business development initiatives to drive business growth.​
  • Design Marketing strategy and execution plan to drive market expansions​
  • Proactively reach out and take ownership of new partnership development, able to identify, develop and execute plans end-to-end.​
  • Handling commercial arrangements and implementation of partnership agreements.​
  • Work closely with product teams to facilitate successful product and project implementation.
  • You will need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where the right answer and best path forward are not always clear
  • You will need to switch tracks without ego in an agile and quick way to overcome many obstacles on the path to glory
  • You can maintain high-energy and high-output on a consistent basis

Qualifications: 

  • At least 5 years of direct-experience working in a strategic marketing or product marketing role
  • Experience in driving growth marketing in a B2B and B2G setting
  • High proficiency to analyze a marketing & sales funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them
  • Passion for business building focusing on sustainable agriculture technology start-up
  • Inspired by big challenges and fast-moving environments with open mentality towards seemingly unsolvable challenges
  • Acknowledges failure is part of learning and comfortable to pivot
  • Resilient, can-do mindset, track record in succeeding in unpredictable environments.
  • Proven experience in agriculture technology
  • Deliver the acquisitions of the buyers of carbon credit (Existing and Forward Sales)
  • Acquire Smart farm carbon program investor
  • New partnership development: connection to Digital Asset Ecosystem
  • Marketing strategy to re-propose/rebrand Varuna
  • Introduce Tokenomics to all parties in Varuna and our partners
